Can be found in kitchens since 2007. He trained as a chef in South Africa at Silwood School of Cookery. Nik did internships at The Fat Duck and Noma, and was head chef at De Houtloods (Bib Gourmand) in The Netherlands for many years. Now he’s the Creative Chef at Gastronomixs, testing all recipes in their high-end test kitchen and working together with many renowned chefs, to inspire thousands of chefs.
