Miranda Quantrill is the Curriculum Manager for Hospitality at Westminster College, where she leads the design and delivery of courses for students aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry. With over 35 years of expertise in hospitality and culinary arts, Miranda is committed to sharing her extensive knowledge and skills.
Throughout her career, Miranda has collaborated with prestigious institutions such as Mosimanns Academy, Butlers Wharf Chef School, and Billingsgate Fish School, as well as working with private clients and media productions. She is a historic and vintage food developer, a Thermomix consultant in Essex and a Disciple d'Auguste Escoffier.
Miranda has a passion for developing, cooking, and presenting authentic dishes from various historical periods, often guided by the expertise of the UK's leading food historian, Annie Gray. She has contributed recipes to numerous magazines and books and has made appearances on historical television programs, showcasing her dedication to the culinary arts and food history.
