Luke Vandore-Mackay has been a chef, food writer and business owner for 25 years. He founded Brompton Food Market and The Hour Glass in South Kensington and now owns and runs High Grange Devon, a fire cookery school and fine dining feasting venue with his wife Sara. He was the compère of Borough Market’s Demo Kitchen for 10 years and regularly contributes to national publications. He is a regular on the food festival demo scene and now lived in rural East Devon with Sara, 3 children and a growing menagerie of animals.
