Executive Chef for Lexington looking after a large law firm. Started life working country house hotels and restaurants before moving into the contract catering world. There Jim worked for Restaurant Associates for 9 years before joining Charlton House/ CH&CO for 14 years as group food development director. After 14 years it was time for a fresh start and to spend some time back in the kitchen working and developing a team and apprentices.
