Andre boasts a rich history in the hospitality sector, working on renowned brands and building successful marketing teams. With an illustrious 15-year tenure at Mitchells and Butlers, he helped to grow brands like All Bar One, Nicholson's, Castle, and O'Neill's.

His journey continued with Wagamama, where transformed their digital and loyalty before assuming the role of Marketing Director, winning multiple brand and advertising awards. Subsequently, Andre took on the challenge of overseeing Wagamama's delivery arm and managing several innovation projects.

Andre then spent three years as Chief Growth Officer at Cote, focusing on marketing and strategy while also guiding the Côte at Home meal kit business. Now, in his new role as Sales and Marketing Director at Urban Pubs and Bars, Andre brings his wealth of experience back to the world of pubs.
