Meiko’s BA Mask
Washing System is based on a Meiko TopClean M undercounter warewashing machine. It provides
Log 5 reduction, equating to 99.999% killing of pathogens.
Purpose-designed
racks hold the BA equipment securely and the system ensures automatic and
failsafe disinfection and leaves no residues on the PPE.
Meiko TopClean D protects technicians and firefighters from toxic dust, fire soot and chemical residues which may contaminate firefighting PPE including masks and tanks.
Manual cleaning is replaced by the TopClean D. In only four to 16 minutes – depending upon the level of contamination – TopClean D washes 12 masks, four compressed air cylinders and four complete compressed air breathing apparatus.
Reversing wash pipes without spray shadows thoroughly
removes soot. In contrast to other commercially available cleaning methods, the
patented MEIKO washing system for BA masks prevents contamination from being
carried inside the mask. This saves water, energy, and time—with maximum safety
for the operators in the respiratory protective equipment workshop!
