Exciting news! The World Catering Technology Awards has just announced its first winners for this year’s competition, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! After rigorous reviewing and careful deliberation, our panel of judges have found the top innovating contenders in the global Catering, Technology and Hospitality industry.

HRC Event Manager Jo Farish, speaking onstage at the ceremony, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with FoodBev to celebrate innovation, creativity, and excellence in catering technology. In a world where culinary boundaries are constantly pushed, it’s really important  to recognise those who harness the power of science and technology to revolutionise the way we prepare, serve and enjoy food and drink.

"The recipients of these awards, have developed innovations that help  address important  issues - such as streamlining operations, or improving customer experience while increasing  sustainability. I’d like to thank all the entrants they were all of a really high standard  and judging the shortlist was a truly a difficult task."
