Tenzo revolutionises how restaurants think about performance

Tenzo positions itself as the leading Restaurant PerformanceOps platform - where restaurants thrive. Encouraging restaurateurs to use, understand, and act on their data to supercharge performance.

Tenzo’s vision is to empower restaurant operators to use their data, accelerating business performance and creating a more sustainable and successful industry, and today they announce the creation of a new category - Restaurant PerformanceOps.

Removing the guesswork and enabling restaurateurs, and their teams, to act and improve their performance; with real-time data accessible to everyone in the palms of their hands. A single reporting language predicting sales and what that means for labour and inventory. Measuring performance against their KPIs. Every day. Every hour. Helping restaurants shift from surviving to thriving.

“I honestly can’t see how people in restaurants could operate without [Tenzo], it’s vital” - Phil Horner, Co-Founder, Atis

Over the past 6 years Tenzo has helped brands like Pizza Pilgrims, Fat Duck, and TGIF supercharge their performance - who, alongside many other restaurants, have given Tenzo 5 star reviews on Trustpilot.

This is just a start on their mission to lessen the impact of the restaurant industry on the environment, and society, by tackling the huge issue of food waste globally; in the UK alone food waste from the restaurant industry contributes to £3.2 billion in lost revenue and 4.5 million tonnes of CO2.

"For many years I experienced firsthand the stress of running a restaurant chain, and the negative impact it had on the planet. Restaurant PerformanceOps allows restaurateurs to reconnect with their original passion & deliver on our vision of a more sustainable & successful restaurant industry" - Christian Mouysset, Co-Founder, Tenzo

March 16th marks the launch of Restaurant PerformanceOps as a category, and Tenzo’s rebrand, which was celebrated with a party at Arros QD, in London, for their customers based in the UK.

Playing a game of Overcooked, restaurant teams competed against one another testing who performed best under pressure with Vapiano coming out on top as the winners.
