We are a family farm and have been farming in the Chiltern Hills since 1860. We diversified over 12 years ago by turning our rapeseed into cold pressed rapeseed oil. Using the plain rapeseed oil, we have been able to develop other products such as flavored oils, dressings, barbeque sauces and mayonnaises. This versatile British product is suitable for simply dipping, baking, frying and roasting.
