With holistic expertise for coffee, coffee machines, technical service and digital solutions, Melitta Professional supports its partner companies in the out-of-home market according to their individual needs.
What makes your business unique?
Our passion for coffee enjoyment since 1908, when Melitta Bentz invented the coffee filter and founded the Family Company. And as mentioned before: our holistic expertise for everything our customers need for a successful coffee business. It's not a must, but if they want it, our partners can get everything from us from a single source, finely tailored to their respective concept: special coffees, professional coffee machines, our in-house technical customer service and digital solutions for monitoring, analysis and communication, for example by connecting the coffee machines to the intuitive online platform Melitta® INSIGHTS. An increasingly important aspect is the digital connection of coffee machines to provide fast, convenient and helpful information on the customer’s coffee business – wherever and whenever it is needed.
Who are some of your key clients?
Our customers are represented whenever coffee-to-stay or coffee-to-go is in demand. The sectors are as diverse as the solutions: hotel & gastronomy, community gastronomy & catering, bakery & convenience, café & coffee shop, trade & specialist trade, work & office.
Why did you decide to exhibit at HRC 2025?

What are some of the key trends in your sector?
The trend in coffee beverages continues to be towards reliable quality and variety. At HRC, visitors will be able to discover how automation in coffee preparation can be an excellent way to expand the beverage portfolio and at the same time gain time for communication with guests.
Do you have any new or upcoming products that you’d like to share with our audience?
We will be showcasing our fully automatic coffee machines for every need, with a wide range of customizable options and flexible add-on modules. The enhanced Melitta® TopFoam Plus milk system measures and regulates milk and foam properties and automatically serves cold or hot milk foam in three different consistencies without the need for manual resetting. Depending on the recipe stored, different milk and foam variants can also be combined in a single beverage.
