Food, Drink & Hospitality Week 2025 is set to open with a dynamic discussion featuring some of the most influential voices in the industry. Taking to the stage will be Philippa Christer, Portfolio Director at Montgomery Group, alongside an esteemed panel including James Bielby, Chief Executive of the Federation of Wholesale Distributors; Kate Nicholls OBE, CEO of UKHospitality; Martin Traynor OBE, Chair of the Institute of Hospitality; Nigel Jenney, CEO of the Fresh Produce Consortium; and Robert Richardson, CEO of the Institute of Hospitality.

This opening session will explore the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the food, drink, and hospitality sectors, from supply chain resilience to sustainability, innovation, and the evolving needs of consumers.
