An induction to the next generation of foodservice equipment from Valentine & CuisinEquip at HRC 2024

An induction to the next generation of foodservice equipment from Valentine & CuisinEquip at HRC 2024

A concept appliance designed to showcase the capabilities of the wider range; the stand will be home to the unique Berner Induction Table. Revealing state-of-the-art features including Pan Quality Control (PQC), where the unit electronically assesses the quality of the pan and precisely adapts the heat accordingly. Another unique feature is the Berner Move Function, allowing the operator to control power by simply moving a pan around the cooking zone. Simple to use, a chef can actively move a pan away from the centre to reduce the power, or back towards the centre to increase the power. Finally, the Warming Function automatically holds a pan, and its contents once a desired temperature has been reached. Regulating power, the intuitive unit allows the operator to continue to work on other dishes, safe in the knowledge their pan is not over-cooking on the Berner hob.

Continuing the focus on induction, the Valentine and CuisinEquip stand (H1830) will also be home to the latest induction oven range technology from German manufacturer, Locher. A sleek and highly efficient 4 x 5kW, the L227209 is a three-phase Induction Oven Range complete with individually controlled heat zones and a full-sized 1/1 GN electric oven. Ideal for kitchens without a gas supply or for those looking for the latest energy-efficient solutions, the Locher Induction Oven Range would suit traditional back-of-house kitchens or customer-facing prep kitchens thanks to its eye-catching finish.

Those familiar with the Valentine & CuisinEquip range will also find a complete range of quality, reliable and robust fryers from the Swiss-manufactured Valentine range. Known globally for their build quality and dependability, thousands of chefs rely on their Valentine equipment to produce consistent fried foods day, after day. Highlighting the expansive range, visitors to the stand will find a complete range of accessories and complementary items including Valentine chip scuttles, multicookers and pasta cookers.

Furthering the sustainability message, Valentine & CuisinEquip is the exclusive distributor for the Vito range of oil filtration equipment. From small, portable, handheld appliances, through to mobile, floor-standing units, the Vito range is designed to suit the needs of each individual kitchen, helping to dramatically extend cooking oil life, reduce waste and minimise overheads associated with purchasing oil.

Finally, those visiting stand H1830 at HRC will find equipment from brands LightFry, the only commercial air fryer available on the market and Bottene, one of Italy’s best-kept secrets and a manufacturer of high-quality artisan pasta makers.
