Tell us a bit about your business and your role
I run the Courtyard by Marriott London City Airport, and I am the General Manager, I have a restaurant on site and looking to keep up with the new trends in the industry.
Why are you planning to attend HRC this year?
To have a good look around and see new trends and where is the industry taking us this year.
How do you approach sourcing new products for your business?
We are very privileged here because we can source locally produced products and other outside the normal supply chain. Fine food and wines are a must, and we currently sell some very interesting lines here at the Courtyard.

It’s such a privilege to do what you like, I feel proud of welcoming all my guests with arms wide open, to drive a culture to deliver memorable experiences and at the same time run a very profitable, diverse, and interesting business.
