General Manager, working for Restaurant Associates as part of Compass Group. Managing a cooperate unit delivering breakfast and lunch with additional event hospitality.
What do you love about working in the hospitality industry?
I love working with people for people, providing exceptional service and food to all our wonderful clients and colleagues.
What do you think are some of the major opportunities and challenges for hospitality operators this year?
Opportunities: AI
Challenges: increased costs on payroll and goods.
What do you think will be one of the major trends in hospitality in 2025?
AI and sustainability. Adopting fast to ever changing trends to keep Gen Z interested.
