Fagor invites HRC visitors to celebrate its big UK push
The company will be showing off these new ranges by offering visitors the chance to book cooking demonstrations not only to see the outstanding results but to see the technology in action. Fagor has launched major new cooking technology, iClima and iCooking, as part of its combi ovens. iClima measures the humidity and quantity of oxygen to guarantee the purity of the steam with PureSteam which guarantees the best results. iCooking lets users select the product, their desired finishes then quickly and intuitively readjust the parameters so they always achieve the desired result.
The new ranges of iKore combi ovens connect to Fagor’s new advanced system, FagorKonnect. It simply allows users to connect with their kitchen, supervise it and manage it, no matter where in the world they are and at any given time.
With the company able to manufacture almost anything, it will be showcasing a complete kitchen on its stand, allowing visitors to not only see the products but see some of the key ranges in their portfolio. On the stand will be refrigeration, warewashing, vertical cooking and horizontal cooking such as the impressive 700 series Kore range.
Another focus on the stand will be MyFagor, considered one of the best platforms in the industry. This technological masterpiece allows all departments from Fagor’s service or dealer partners to connect to one portal. A project manager can download quotes, spec sheets, drawings via FagorQuote and FagorDocs. Accounts departments can download invoices, delivery notes and confirmed purchase orders with FagorBusiness. Service engineers can login and just by entering the serial number of the machine can download all the relevant documents relating to that model with videos for every error code on how to rectify the fault using FagorParts.
Not only is Fagor making a huge impression at HRC but it is also hosting a launch party on the first evening and will invite members from the industry to attend.
Lee Donkin, the UK commercial director, stated: “Not only do we offer quality equipment at competitive prices, but we want to make an impact in March. By investing in HRC and the launch party it shows our intentions as to how serious we are about entering the UK market. We strive to offer the best in technology and after sales support.”
Giuseppe Monti, European commercial director, echoed Lee’s points, adding: “Fagor are really excited to be entering the UK market. We have worked very closely with a selected partner in the UK over the past 3 years, not only supporting our brand in key accounts but also helping us to improve the technology and quality of our core product ranges. We are excited to be showcasing our products at HRC and will be welcoming visitors to our stand.”
