Foodservice and catering giant Compass Group UK & Ireland will once again join International Salon Culinaire as Headline Sponsor when the competition returns to ExCeL London on 25-27 March 2024 alongside HRC, Hotel, Restaurant & Catering.

With more than 100 live and static challenges across three days, Salon Culinaire is an unmissable opportunity for chefs to test their skills and creativity in a live competition environment and network with other talented chefs from across the industry.

Over 70 top chefs will be judging the dishes and displays, including Compass Group UK & Ireland Culinary Director Nick Vadis.
