CEDA launches comprehensive professional kitchen documentation library
ceda, the organisation for catering equipment distribution, kitchen design, catering scheme project management, catering equipment maintenance and more, has compiled a comprehensive library and resource for its members.
For the ceda's membership compliance and high quality design, installation and project management are vitally important, and this resource will be invaluable to quickly source relevant technical documentation.
Adam Mason, Director General, ceda, comments: "ceda has produced what we believe to be the most comprehensive library of catering equipment and commercial kitchen technical documentation that you will find anywhere. We have a library of over 100 documents of importance to your business, exclusively available to ceda members.
"We are delighted to be able to allow the HRC Connects audience access to ceda's Technical Guidance Document: best practice for the design and equipping of food preparation areas. It includes details on: regulations, cross contamination, hazard control, food preparation, vegetable preparation, green vegetables and fruit preparation, meat preparation, fish preparation, pastry preparation, hygiene and waste."
