Case study: Catering Design Group and The Inner Temple

The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple (“the Inn”) is one of the four Inns of Court - associations that have existed since the 14th Century.
They play a central role in the recruitment of student members, training of aspiring barristers and continuing professional development of established barristers.
Part of this is the Inner Temple, which is one of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London.
CDG were approached for the full design and build of their Pegasus Bar and Restaurant facility.
The scope included creating a new luxurious brasserie, seating area and kitchen. The bar and seating area was created using deep woods, metallic textures as well as rich tones of upholstery, creating a warm and inviting space.
