The Prosecco DOC Consortium is set to make a sparkling impression at HRC
2025, offering an exclusive series of condensed and informative tastings at its
stand (H830), conveniently located next to the Vision Theatre. Featuring a
selection of the region’s finest wines from top wineries, this is a must-visit
destination for hospitality professionals looking to explore the diversity and
quality of Prosecco DOC.
Hosted by the engaging and highly knowledgeable Neil Phillips, Prosecco
DOC’s UK Brand Ambassador, these interactive tastings provide an unmissable
opportunity to deepen industry knowledge and refine palates.
FEATURED WINERIES
The Prosecco DOC stand will showcase wines from esteemed producers,
including Botter, Brilla!, Fantinel, Masottina, Ponte 1948,
Torresella and Villa Sandi —all widely available to UK hospitality
operators. Visitors can expect a curated experience highlighting the
craftsmanship behind each bottle.
A DYNAMIC TASTING PROGRAMME
Over the three-day event, five expert-led tastings will be held daily,

will be on-hand at the Information Desk on the stand to provide wide-ranging
general information about Prosecco DOC wines, and specific information on the
wineries who will be represented at the Show.
