Some examples of the latest equipment launches used within Nelson’s designs will be on display. These included Blue Seal’s modular Waldorf and Evolution ranges and Williams’ Meat Ageing Refrigerator, designed to store meat while it ages to achieve the best yield, texture and flavour.

Nelson’s design team will be available to chat to visitors with questions about current or future kitchen projects.
